There are no Flying Blue credit cards for UK and US residents. One way round this is to get an American Express Membership Rewards (MR) card - points can be transferred to Flying Blue miles at a rate of 1:1 (US) and 1:1.25 (UK). Also, Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) points can be transferred at a rate of 20k Starpoints to 25k Flying Blue miles.
